Proposal Submitted for Park Holm Phase VI

A proposal has been submitted for architectural and engineering services for the development of a mixed-use three-story building which will include approximately 50 senior housing apartments, a senior center, management offices, amenities, and associated site improvements as part of Park Holm Phase 6.
