In late January 2023, I scribbled a post-it count of the total followers on each of Union’s social channels. On that day, our total LinkedIn followers were 903. Over the past week we reached and then surpassed 1500 followers on LinkedIn and are currently at 1504!
This 66.11% growth rate, significantly surpasses the average of 40.75% year-over-year for LinkedIn pages with 1-5k followers. When I asked, LinkedIn indicated to me that “your growth appears to be above average and indicates that your content is likely resonating well with your target audience.” Here’s continuing to share strong content and attracting the kind of audiences we want!
