Union did the land planning for the entire 102 unit cottage neighborhood (sadly, we did not get to help much on the cottage architecture), and it’s adjacent to a future phase (entitlements pending) with 9 buildings of regional retail and two large parks that Union has helped design. A group of us set out to the Block by early boat and made a day of it. We biked, hiked, beached, rented a car when mopeds failed us, and checked off some cool sites, to boot. Before departing, we regrouped at Yellow Kittens to cheers the fantastic day with frozen margaritas!
