While removing the decaying floor at the Hyannis Public Library, we uncovered a well! This space likely used to be the kitchen when the original library building was still a residence.

STAND Corp did an incredible job clearing the snow and kept the project on schedule, and starting with steel erection last week. Steel will be complete by the end of this week, followed by slabs on the second then first floors, then the elevator shaft. After that the wood framing for the next four floors will go up FAST.

Spring Rock Village (Millstone Road) is getting some press as the project just closed and breaks ground imminently. The 100% affordable project consists of 45 units in six buildings and is located in Brewster, MA, on Cape Cod.

Around Philadelphia, Project
On Saturday, February 21, Friends of the Tanner House and the Free Library of Philadelphia hosted a free, four-hour Cultural Heritage Resource Fair celebrating African American heritage sites and initiatives across the Greater Philadelphia region. The Union team participated with a project table, sharing the latest plans, renderings, and interior material samples to keep the broader public informed on Tanner House project updates and progress.
