We’ve successfully reported to the Design Data Exchange for 2025 as part of our AIA 2030 Commitment. This was our first year reporting and we’re looking forward to gathering more data in the years to come!
Our fourth and final bonus challenge is a Design Detail. We’re looking for the most unique brick, stone, or siding colors, patterns, and details that you can find. You’ll have until the end of the month to turn these in via the form.Â

While removing the decaying floor at the Hyannis Public Library, we uncovered a well! This space likely used to be the kitchen when the original library building was still a residence.
STAND Corp did an incredible job clearing the snow and kept the project on schedule, and starting with steel erection last week. Steel will be complete by the end of this week, followed by slabs on the second then first floors, then the elevator shaft. After that the wood framing for the next four floors will go up FAST.

Spring Rock Village (Millstone Road) is getting some press as the project just closed and breaks ground imminently. The 100% affordable project consists of 45 units in six buildings and is located in Brewster, MA, on Cape Cod.
